This full-spectrum oil is neutral and clear and targets the places where you experience complaints. Perfect for stronger, chronic or recurring complaints such as severe menstrual cramps, sleeping problems, anxiety and during menopause.
Recommended daily starting dose: 3 drops under the tongue, 1 to 2 times a day. Wait at least 60 seconds and then drink a glass of water.
