The CBD ensures that the effect of coffee is strengthened, without bouncing. In addition, the CBD will ensure the calming of the nervous system. Nuff said, it turns out to be a perfect combination. Tip: cannabinoids bind easily to fat, but do not bind to water. When making tea, add a fat source such as whole milk or coconut oil. 

 

CBD Latte

ingredients:

  • 1 espresso
  • 250 ml (vegetable) milk
  • a few drops of Heal Mary CBD oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • possibly 1 teaspoon of maple syrup for some extra sweetness

Mix the milk, maple syrup, it vanilla extract and the salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir well during heating. Pour the mix into a cup with the espresso and finally add a few drops of CBD oil and tadaa, your healing latte is ready.
