Calm the F down with a CBD latte

Can't burn ahead in the morning without your shot of caffeine? Drizzle some CBD oil into your mug and the perfect start to your day is made. The CBD ensures that the effect of coffee is enhanced, without bouncing. The CBD will also calm the nervous system. Nuff said, it turns out to be a perfect combination. In addition to coffee, you can also drip CBD oil into smoothies, tea, and other drinks. Check out the recipe below for some inspiration.  

Tip: cannabinoids easily bind to fat, but do not bind to water. When making tea, add a fat source such as whole milk or coconut oil. 

CBD Latte

ingredients:

  • 1 espresso
  • 250 ml (vegetable) milk
  • a few drops of Heal Mary CBD oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup for extra sweetness

Mix the milk, maple syrup, the vanilla extract and the salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Keep stirring well while heating. Pour the mix into a cup with the espresso and finally add a few drops of CBD oil and tadaa, your healing latte is ready.
